My office is a peaceful space that allows you to be yourself so you can grow and discover your full potential as you heal and make changes.
I use evidence based treatments to ensure the most efficient and effective results. My training and expertise comes
from a wide variety of well-known supervisors and professionals in the field from diverse backgrounds. I’m passionate about equipping individuals through empathic support, psychological tools, and the personalized treatment plans to improve their overall quality of life as you discovering a renewed hope for life.

Treatment Approach

I utilize a range of techniques including:  Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), art and other expressive therapies.
