Life can be a difficult journey, in all stages of life, with many pressures, expectations, and struggles. Taking the first steps of change can be both scary and exciting and  I understand the importance of having a safe and confidential place when you come to my office. My office is a peaceful space that allows you to be yourself so you can grow and discover your full potential as you heal and make changes.
I use evidence based treatments to ensure the most efficient and effective results. My training and expertise comes from a wide variety of well-known supervisors and professionals in the field from diverse backgrounds. I’m passionate about equipping individuals through empathic support, psychological tools, and the personalized treatment plans to improve their overall quality of life as you discovering a renewed hope for life.

I utilize a range of techniques including:  Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), art and other expressive therapies.
